Ensuring a stable supply of non-ferrous resources and materials is our social mission. We are engaged in a wide range of operations from exploration, mining, smelting & refining to metal fabrication and electronic materials production. In all aspects of our operations from development, production and marketing, we will continue to pursue technical rationality and efficiency and make improvements in quality & product properties and other matters. We will continue to promote recycling of resources and materials to achieve zero emission. This is our way of achieving continuous innovation in the productivity of resources and materials.

Safety & Health Policy
In order to carry out this POLICY successfully, the management is responsible to :-
1. ENSURE that all premise / work place and working system are in safe and healthy condition.
2. PROVIDE engineered facilities and basic necessities to enable employees to perform day to day
duties safely.
3. CONFIRM that all employees are given the information, instruction, training and supervision on safe
working condition without any risk on his / her health and other people.
4. OBEY the law Act -- Safety & Heath Act (Act 514) 2005 and all rules and related procedures.
Nippon Precision Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will enhance this POLICY as a symbol to practice safe and Healthy Work Culture with the cooperation from all employees.
Environmental Policy
As a responsible corporate citizen, NPTM is dedicated to protecting human health, natural resources and the global environment.
To demonstrate our commitment in protecting the environment, we shall:
1. Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and customer requirements, which our
organization subscribes.
2. Achieve and review our set objectives and targets to ensure that our environmental performances are
continually improved.
3. Reduced and prevent environmental pollution by practicing 3R's concept (Reduce, Re-use and
Re-cycle). Objectives and target of activities / action plan must be focus to 3R's
a) Reduce the usage natural resources (eg. Raw material, oil, electricity, gas and etc) increase yield
and "KAIZEN" activities.
b) Re-use (eg. Modified broken jig, paper and etc)
c) Re-cycle (eg. Secretion of scrap / waste send to re-cycle company)
4. Train our staff and communicate our policy to all person working for and on behalf of us to participate
and achieve environmental excellence.
5. Have our environmental policy documented, implemented, maintained and made available to the
public and interested third party upon request.
