Our engineering department is constantly striving to develop new method of produce customers' product in order to meet our ultimate goal of assuring product excellence through ideal manufacturing process. We support this goal with our many years of experience and our wealth of knowledge, and by means of upgrading the skills of our engineers and technicians constantly as well.

We have a 2 types of press technology for press production-Propressive Press (PP) and Transfer Press (TP). PP is the lay out of metal sheet continuously will be pull forwards and moves along the sections of die set for the mapping process. And the TP is the metal sheet is punched at the first section of stamping die, then only the part that is use to produce the product will be transfer to the next section of stamping die.

3 Steps involve in Cleaning Process:
1.Degreasing - The process to remove oil and grease from the
   products after press process.
2.Barreling - To remove burr and metal sticking that might
   produced during press process.
3.Di-lon Water Treatment - Control silica level with using De-
   lon Water for cleaning purpose.

Annealing is a heat treatment where the material is exposed to an elevated temperature for an extended time and then slowly cooled.

This process is specialized in assemble Glass Button, Metal Cylinder and Case into one single parts. Based on our technology, we pre-sintering the glass button to well monitor the quality of the product – assemble all parts into one with using Carbon Jig machine. After the Jig process, the product will be send to Sintering process – heat up the product to combine three items into one.

2 main categories to inspection - Dimension and Appearance - to make sure "Zero" Defect item.

We have a team of packing employees to arrange product delivery towards the customer - to make sure the product delivered in good & stable condition. We do have own storage system to make sure customer can receive enough product quantity.

To cater the packaging needs .We offer a variety of packaging materials such as trays, small boxes, and poly bags for individual items, which is strictly followed by scheduled.
